比利时列日大学 Jan Bogaert 教授访京，与项目组专家共议农田气候韧性研究一体化技术体系。会议明确了通过强化农田基础设施“打开黑箱”，建立“稳产-固碳”协同评价新体系的核心支撑作用。

Prof. Jan Bogaert from ULiège visited Beijing to discuss the integrated technical system for farmland climate resilience. The meeting highlighted the role of infrastructure in "opening the black box" to support the new synergy evaluation system.

奥地利IIASA首席科学家 Steffen Fritz 博士访京，参加项目组专家学术研讨会。会议聚焦农田基础设施发展与生物多样性保护，明确了农田基础设施、作物多样性种植、农田边界遥感识别等三方面研究重点。

Dr. Steffen Fritz from IIASA visited Beijing to attend the expert academic seminar. The meeting focused on farmland infrastructure and biodiversity conservation, identifying key research priorities including infrastructure, diversified crop cultivation, and remote sensing of boundaries.
